Susan has lived in Houston since 1963 which offers her friends and customers an indepth perception of Houston and surrounding areas. Growing up in the coastal areas of La Porte, Baytown, Seabrook, Kemah, and Clear Lake, add to the Houston area knowledge possessed by this near native Texan!

Moving to the Northwest side of Houston in 1978, Susan's range of area knowledge is quite diverse from Downtown Houston, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball, Cypress, New Caney, The Woodlands and Conroe! Additionally, Susan's real estate driven career offers profound knowledge of the Galleria, Downtown Houston, West University, Medical Center/Museum, Bellaire, Tanglewood and Memorial.

Now living in Magnolia, Susan is closely tied to the Northwest areas of real estate communities; from New Construction Builders, Residential Resale, Farm and Ranch, and Acreage/Lots properties. Ask Susan about her passion of Arabian Horses ... but be prepared to listen for awhile! Her knowledge about Farm and Ranch properties can be compared to none ... she lives the passion!
